Custom & Personalized Items
Because many of our products are handmade and made-to-order, including personalized jewelry:
All custom and personalized items are final sale
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect spelling or personalization details provided by the customer

Change of mind after the item has been created
These items are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold.
Wholesale Chains
All wholesale chains are cut from the spool to order and are therefore final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-cut chain unless there is an order error, defect, or damage upon arrival.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized, standard items:

Items must be:

In original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include:
Your order number
Photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your shipping carrier first.
While we are not responsible for packages once shipped, we will assist you in resolving the issue when possible.
Shipping carriers operate independently and delivery issues may occur outside our control.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within a short window after purchase (typically within 12–24 hours)
Once production begins (especially for custom items), cancellations may no longer be possible
Due to our fast turnaround time (often within 1 business day), orders move into production quickly.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
